CS2 Bind Generator

Add binds to autoexec.cfg in your CS2 cfg folder. On many Steam installs this path is Steam/steamapps/common/Counter-Strike Global Offensive/game/csgo/cfg/ because CS2 kept the legacy install folder name. Create the file if it does not exist.

An autoexec.cfg is a configuration file that CS2 reads on every launch. Place your custom binds, crosshair settings, and other commands here so they persist between sessions without re-entering them each time.

Use the command "unbind [key]" in console. For example, "unbind mouse3" removes whatever action was bound to the middle mouse button.

CS2 accepts semicolon-separated commands, but keep live-match binds simple. This generator focuses on direct keybinds, buy binds, utility slots, and HUD toggles instead of automation-style aliases.

Basic one-key binds, buy binds, direct grenade slots, voice chat, jump, crouch, drop, and team equipment binds are standard. Avoid macros or aliases that automate a sequence of gameplay actions.

This tool avoids generating alias-based jump-throw scripts. Practice utility lineups with normal jump and attack inputs, and keep your config focused on simple binds that are easy to audit.
